    Whew, that's going to be tough! (Without thousands of people) I used to go to this parking garage off Mopac and Barton Skyway, cant miss it. Good view from the top. Be there before dark, it'll get crowded but it's a great place to watch them.

    Also, you can go throw a blanket down at auditorium shores and be closer. But, there will literally be thousands of people there.

    Yeah was looking into auditorium shores which is hosted by HEB i heard a free event. That would be cool to go but damn 100,000 people and then i can Imagine parking ect. I wonder if Uber or something like that would be better...I’m staying at the Staybridge off of Hwy 35.

    Heck yeah, that's about 5 minutes from my house :thumbsup:

    A ride share will surely be less stressful, but trying to get one leaving is a total PITA. happened to us last year.

    Ended up just having to start walking away from the event and finally got one to arrive.

    Whats a ride share? Becuz there is 6 of us lol 4 kiddos 2 adults. Also what time would you recommend for us head there for the auditorium place?

    Ride share is Uber or Lyft etc.

    I'm weird about arriving places early and leaving plenty of time for 'what ifs' - so I would suggest planning to be there by 7:45. Sun wont set till 8:45 and the show should start at 9.

    Last year they had an orchestra down there to watch so that was a neat way to kill some time waiting for sunset. Hope that helped!

    We saw the fireworks at Zilker Park three a blanket on the floor. It was nice.

    Well they will be tomorrow anyways. I still need em to send me the final bill for the sliders and shipping cost. He only charged me half the cost of the sliders as a deposit. But tonight is payday so the timing was just right.
