So I am in Texas until Thursday, the 2 biggest things I'd like to do is find great bbq and ride a mechanical Bull!

I'm staying in Grapevine , Texas.

I went to Bone Daddy's and thought it was great.

What else do you guys and gals reccomend to do. I only have nights free as this is a work trip.

Big fish seafood bar and grill is pretty good, in my opinion.

The glass cactus is a nice small music venue close to the Gaylord Texan.

I havent seen a mechanical bull in use in a long time.

1st off welcome! There is a ton to do around here, and being in Grapevine you can hit both Dallas and Fort Worth. Make a trip to Fort Worth to the Stockyards, it's a good time there.

My list of favorite BBQ spots in no particular order:
    Riscky's
    Heim
Hard Eight-this is a chain of that you should be close to 1
    Billy's Oak Acres

Mostly on the Ft Worth side cause that's where I live.
With a mechanical bull is on your list, I'm not sure of your options. I think Billy Bob's and Gilleys are the only 2 options. Maybe a Google search could help.
I'd be down for a meetup tmrw night, pending my schedule doesn't change and I get home early enough. Tuesday and Thursday are my nights home this week.

I was there for a week for work and made it a point eat good BBQ everyday haha. Also had some Banana pudding.

I didn't ride a mechanical bull though.... Never even thought about it, good call on that!

    Have fun!

If you are in Grapevine Hard 8 BBQ is close to you. Definitely worth a visit but be prepared it can get really crowded. Another good BBQ joint in Grapevine is "Meat U Anywhere" on Northwest HWY. It is small but the food is great. Heim in Ft Worth is my favorite but that is a hike from Grapevine. For some good Mexican try "Mi Dia from Scratch on Main st and 114 in Grapevine, I suggest the Duck tacos.

As far as a mechanical bull goes as another mentioned I think Gilley's In Dallas and Billy Bob's in Ft worth are your best bet.

    Welcome to DFW!

As others have said above, Hard Eight is tough to beat for BBQ.
I have no clue on the mechanical bull deal, haven't ventured into that area yet. Pun intended :D

Third vote for hard 8. Used to hit the joint in Plano, TX each time I went there for work.
