It’s also cool that you guys know about SDHQ way over there. I’ve been spoiled as they are literally a 10min drive from my front door.

Let me know if there is anything that you guys want me to check out for you and such.

lol I drove mine to the grand canyon...just so they could install my suspension lol. they are a pretty kick ass shop. if I lived 10 mins from them, id be living across the street in my truck. I have zero doubts about that.

Yeah all of their stuff is really nice. Things can get a little pricey but the quality is worth it for sure.

I have a 40” BD bar and their hood scoop mount kit sitting at home waiting to go in. You guys will need to get on that once you all have the a pillar lights haha

ive looked into it, only worry I have, is it looks like a lot of guys hood bulge doesn't go back flush.. I don't know if that's due to poor instillation or just being a tight fit?

I will let you know. There isn’t any reason that it shouldn’t go back into the stock location. I know what you are talking about though. I’m ocd so I will take it in and out as many times as needed to trim it and get it to sit as perfect as possible.

Haha gotcha, I just did the opposite. Not trying to kill your fire but these were the main reasons I got rid of the RTT and tent.

    Heavy AF
    Hard to store
Pain to take on and off
Can’t leave camp to go explore
    Pain to put away
    High COG

I just couldn’t use it enough to justify it. This was my second one, I had one on my tacoma. I just like the simplicity of a ground tent. Something about having that much invested in my camp gear made camping less fun haha. I’m there to drink beers and sit by a fire.

Although with the wetter climate over there I can see some advantages. Just make sure you set it up when you get home to let it air out.

oh yea I def looked at all the pros and cons. and your last statement was the big determining factor. Its pretty much always wet here and theres a 50% chance of rain at all times lol. ill be real honest, I work ALOT and the tent will probably see minimal use, but I plan on taking some trips next year.. and I know if I have it, ill use it. itll make me take some time off..
