carma performance in Nashville. Erin carpenter there did my headers, some exhaust work, supercharger, and custom tunes on dyno each time we added something. I honestly can’t remember what labor was on headers, let me dig through emails and see if I can find it

jba leak...way too many posts about it and seen pics of welds coming from them that my toddlers could have done. Arh are fine from what I’ve read. Kooks is well known brand, and I had never heard of anyone else running them so I wanted to be different. That and Erin recommended them highly. I got to know him and trust him

This was headers and mid pipes right into a corsa sport. It was mean and raw and loud...if I was racing it 16 with no sleeves and a skoal ring in my wranglers (triggered half of y’all with that one lol) I’d have kept it that way. It was honestly LOUD! We added a smaller stainless bro’s muffler section into the system and welded a resonator in the tail pipe and it’s a sleeper now. Smooth at idle and low speed but will wake up if you get on it

Thanks for the info. I installed the new system on Saturday and drove it a few times since then. I had a stripped bolt head that was a pain and I had to put everything back together to run to the auto parts store. Im getting use to the new sound. Its not super loud I'm sure if i do headers and mids it'll be louder. I haven't installed the resonators ill be doing it when I paint my tail pipes.

I do feel like there is a little more responsiveness now. But just a little. The fit was a little off and I had force a few things to line up it seemed like. But all in all not to bad only took about an hour.

SDHQ secondary air intake relocation kit in. Really just need to get some fender liner options knocked out, but this was super easy.

My father in law bought 35 acres in Wayne County off Natchez Trace Parkway earlier this year. He had a road cut around the perimeter and my Tundra made the first trip around it besides the dozer. We spent all day running chainsaws cutting roots and tree limbs to clear a path.

Thanks man, I’ve got em listed on Facebook. Can’t wait for the new ones. I would post them in the marketplace on the forum but haven’t been a member long enough. Replacing with Toyo Open Country AT 3’s 295/65/20s with Fuel Rebel 5s and a 3.5” lift. Christmas in September :)

Hey Guys this may be off topic and not allowed, and if it is im sorry and remove it, but its the only way I know how to reach out to my fellow tundra guys in tennessee. If you would indulge me for just a sec. There is a benefit car show for a family member being hosted in Manchester, TN on Sept 26.

I’m writing this email on behalf of Matthew (Matt) Hill in an attempt to get him into an intense rehab facility. He is currently on the Neuro ICU Floor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. We are hosting a benefit for a family member who was hurt and currently in Vanderbilt. We are holding a Car and Bike Show with all proceeds going his expenses. The benefit is on Sept 26, in Manchester, TN.

Let me start by giving you a little back story as to how Matt ended up in this unfortunate situation. On Aug 6, 2020 while performing his duties as a security guard for a Tier II auto manufacturing supplier he was severely injured. The task that he is required to perform is to check the Trailer of the truck when it returns to the site. When Matt went to open the door on the back of the trailer the door lunged open and several pallets, weighing approx. 10-15lbs each, fell out striking him in the head and neck causing him to be knocked down and crushed by the pallets. Matt laid on the ground conscious for several minutes trying to scream for help but nothing would come out. An employee of the business just so happened to come out for a smoke and seen him on the ground and called 911. Once they arrived, he was hot loaded on the ambulance and transported to an awaiting LifeFlight helicopter that just so happened to be in the area enroute back to their base.

Once at the hospital he was diagnosed that he had a C-5 Fracture and that he would require surgery to repair the damage and do decompression on C3 – C6 to limit any more possible damage due to swelling. He underwent two extensive 6hr surgeries in an effort to repair the fracture. During the course of the surgery the Surgeon found that his spinal cord had been nicked by the broken bone fragment. After the surgery he was placed on a vent and would remain on it until 8/21/20. During this span of time it has been a very emotional rollercoaster. It seems like we take 1 step forward and 3 steps back with every day that passes. However, on 8/21/20 he had a tracheal tube put in and has started to rebound. With every passing day so far they are backing the vent settings and O2 down. He started physical therapy on 8/24/20 which was very promising for the 1st day.

So you are probably sitting there wondering why am I reaching out and what do I have to do with any of this. Well, Matt has a beautiful, spunky, full of life and energy 7 yr. old Daughter named Courtlyn, who thinks that her daddy not only hung the moon and painted the stars, but goes up there and turns them on every night. Courtlyn is my step-daughter, who I would go to the ends of the earth for to protect and make happy , but we don’t use the word step and we are a close blended family that looks out for one another. Her world was flipped upside down in the blink of an eye and she hadn’t the slightest clue until she received the news from us. Now mind you only being 7 yr. old she’s a trooper and puts on a strong face for her momma who said, “my daddy is still alive and I don’t care that he looks different and will be different because at least I still have him”.

Matt doesn’t have Medical insurance nor Worker’s Compensation to cover any of the expenses this is incurring. Prior to this Matt took care of his 75 yr. old mother and his younger brother who has down syndrome. We are attempting to raise money through a Go Fund Me and Hosting a Benefit to hopefully offset some of the cost. He’s in the process of getting approved for Tenn-Care and Medicare, but he would have to go to a Nursing Home and the Rehab there doesn’t even come close to the Rehab and Special Attention he would receive at a proper Rehab center. A Nursing Home isn’t the place for a healthy young 34yr. old in his condition to go to. We feel that the care he would receive and not to mention the mental implications that would follow would hinder and affect his recovery in a very negative manner.

If you could Please Help Us in any way possible; We would be Forever Grateful and Indebted to You for taking the time in not only helping him, but helping have a somewhat normal as can be life with his Daughter. I Sincerely apologize for it being so long. I want to thank you for taking the time and indulging me by reading this. If you decide to reach out feel free to contact me via here or email. I will leave my contact information below. For those that can’t attend and want to donate we have a go fund me set up for him the link is below. Anything and everything is appreciated. Hey Brent, unfortunately, I won’t be able to make the show as it’s my three years old sons birthday party on the 26th. Is there another way to donate to help Matt and his family? Go fund me page set up or anything?
