Anyone else refresh UPS tracking every 10 minutes in hopes that they suddenly figured out time travel?

I did toytec eibach with shackles at 1.5”... haven’t done control arms yet, we’ll see how it aligns.

Rubbing the front liner so gotta push that in, but it doesn’t look like I’m going to have to do body mount chop.

That's awesome! What size tires and offset on the wheels? The black rhinos I got have a +12 offset and I decided to go bigger diameter on the tire and sacrifice a bit of width.

Yeah I'm definitely at like a 95% on the SDHQ sliders. Would like to see them on someone else's truck first to know if I'll like them...I need to get out to one of our meetups and see what else I can spend my money on

Silly question. What’s the deal with bead locks? They more heavy duty for wheeling or what?

Yea.. essentially they keep from rolling the bead of the tire off the rim in extreme situations.

Thanks man. It’s gonna take me a few days to get the front liner bent and trimmed. Missing my truck right now.

What a difference. Rubbing pretty bad up front at full lock and in reverse more. I don’t think it’s a big problem but definitely need to do something about it.

What’s the standard remedy for this? Anyone nearby want to help a newbie lol?

That's called a cab chop boss, at least a minor one maybe. Should just need to relocate the plastic up front and boom.

That’s crazy. Because I’m not rubbing the back at all on 35’s, no cab mount or anything. I’m rubbing the front pretty bad. Hoping I can roll the front liner and push it in and I’ll be good.

I have cab mount chop plates i’d give you if I don’t need them, but I don’t know how long you’re willing to wait...

Thats a bummer man. It's crazy you think that every truck would be the same but its definitely not. I know it sounds like a huge deal but a cab mount chop is really minor. A good shop can do it and youd never notice it if they didnt tell you they did it. Just go ahead and plan for it. Extra piece of mind especially offroad.

Oh maybe I was causing confusion in what I was trying to say. My rubbing is on the bumper side when the wheels are turned at almost 100%. It happens more when I’m reversing. The cab side of the tires have no rub so I should be good on the chop, right?

Edit: my pictures are of the rubbing against the bumper side

    Heat gun...check!!

Wait, do I have to take these heavy ass things off and put them back on later again??? Not sure what muscles are needed to awkwardly lift 115lbs two inches, but damn that was rough. The last one took everything I had lol

    No judging!
