Ok...so turns out, I'm needing some help.
    Downloaded everything.
    Put in the key code
Clicked okay and it brought back up the same pop up.
Do I need to register it?

Did you replace the mainmenu.exe file in the system folder?

Once you put the key in, it should register itself for 4999 days which you will see in the lower left of the TIS screen.

I don't recall doing so. I followed the "instructions" txt. file.
How do I replace the mainmenu.exe file?

Just FYI, I don't see anything about the days/registration on Techstream in the corner.

After you've extracted and ran the install, close the techstream software and go to the folder you've extracted the unzipped files to, and open the folder called program files-then toyota diagnostics-techstream-bin, from here you will see a mainmenu.exe file. You need to copy that file to your clipboard, then you go to the folder in which the application was installed on your PC and look for the same exact file. Once you find the file, you right click in that folder and click paste. Then it will ask what you want to do, click replace file with new file. You are basically swapping the mainmenu.exe file that the installer put on your computer, with the one you copied to your clipboard.

10-4. I just uninstalled Techstream, so I can start the process over again...just to be sure.
I'll give this a go and hopefully reply back with success.
    Thanks again brotha!

I'm sure you can. They are both able to be done in the newer models, but I can't say for sure because I've only owned a gen 3.

After reading a few articles, it appears the 2007 is a mixed bag. Some folks report having been able to turn off both, and some say it's not possible. The ones that say it IS possible, say they did it via techstream and the driver side seat isn't "advertised" as being customizable, but after further digging, they were indeed able to deactivate the driver side chime. If I had an 07 to hookup and play with, I'd be glad to check it out for you.

I think you may have to dig around. If memory serves, the two seatbelt chime settings aren't in the same place.

Ok, on the front page it says driver seat, when i click on it, it give me an error code, then it puts a * beside it. when i go to in to check o2 sensor, click on it, i get error code. I upgrade my techstream from 024 to 127 and tried a different cable. still the same thing

First I want to say thank you too all that posted on this thread. I was able to install and successfully use TIS. I am not computer savy but yall made it happen. Second, the only setting I changed was the seat belt buzzer for both front seats. Which is great. But this is the only thing I could really see that helped. What are some of the things that you guys do with TIS or that can be done. I know someone changed to one push on the key fob to unlock all doors instead of two which I did but I did it through the radio screen using the settings screen. I have an bluetooth OBD II reader so I assume I don't need TIS for that. Just doesn't seem worth to keep the cable if there is only one function to change. I have a 17 SR5 Crewmax TRD Off Road if that helps. Thanks guys.

I think you can change the volume and "ding" rate of your key reminder. Some of the things you can change with TS are also available via your radio screen menu, if you have that (as in your case). There's a PDF of all the adjustments that can typically be made with TS. "Changable Tundra Electronics" may be the search term.

Success! Got it to work, enabled the oem alarm and turned off the seat belt chime. Thanks to Jeremy (rocky_mtn_trd) for posting a link to the software.

You likely aren't copying the mainmenu.exe file over. Copy it and paste it into the install folder.
