Are you successfully using a VCXNano?

 

I don’t have the VCXNano

 

I had trouble getting my VXDiag Nano to work, and reached out to the seller for help. They were awesome.

They communicated via WhatsApp and remotely linked into my computer to get it set up. Perfect since, with just one update needed.

I also use V18.0. On Windows 11.

send me a PM if you want their Whatsapp number. Keep in mind that they’re in China, so help may not be during your normal 9-5…. But, they were probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. I was amazed.
