    Just checked mine and it connects. Maybe try closing the app and restarting? If it continues to act up I'd probably delete the app and re-install to your phone.

    Just fitted the basic kit to my 2016, it was as everyone has said, a 2 hour easy job and it works properly. Real good quality that feels like it'll last.

    I had a loose pin on one of the connectors, so I sent a picture to James to ask for advice on what I should do to fix it and 5 mins later a USPS mail arrived with tracking details on a replacement harness. At 7pm on a Saturday evening.

    5 star customer service, outstanding backup from a
    great outfit, I'd reccomend them to anyone.
