Hi all:

My tech stream (10.30.029) is not accepting the key code that came with vci and is the same one on all the internet searches:
1s followed by 500015 followed by seven more 1s.

Any advice?

Use the new one I posted a few days ago. Follow instructions and don't use the drivers that came with your cable.
