    I see that this post is old but I am having the exact same problem in getting my techstream software to run. I am hoping that someone can help me.

    I can trying to get ver 10. running on a windows 7 , 32 bit machine.

    Any help would be great

    I thought about Techstream but it sounds like a nightmare.

    For $10 the Carista app did what I wanted. Recommend.

    I am not sure what that is. I Googled it and it looks to cost $10 a month once you buy the OBD II plug-in. Is that what you are talking about?
