I'd lean on that wonderful insurance you have and see what they can come up with.

I'm not an r1 kinda guy anymore. Even though the exhaust and chain are wrong, gotta respect the big twin.

I've been playing with a wheelchair lately, getting my wheelie balance back, and its not super great for shoulder injuries. One of those razor tiny-wheeled 6-spd bikes would be better. I mean, i abuse my shoulder more than im supposed to, but i figure scar tissue isnt THAT bad. Just make sure to do a full range of motion stretch every day.

As long as I listen to my knee moving forward, and keep leg day effective and (bad) pain free, I should be able to stay off the operating table for a bit for knee surgery, again.

Nope. They've been the biggest road rage asshats I've ever seen on I-80. I don't think you're all like that but, when somebody is an ass on the interstate, I am not surprised to see a TX plate.

Yea, i blame the city folk problems on implants. Asshattery is much more prevalent in san antonio and houston, but i've noticed it near dallas and elpaso, too. And austin, but i dont go there often.

The left lane is for breaking the law, not doing the speed limit.

chiming in for DFW as a collective whole, moving through LA and FL too... We got our problems down here but the stupidity rocking TX plates is maddening. Probably because I speak so highly of the state. But when I lived in DFW, it is a different animal up there.

That's fine. I stick to the right. I don't care if people speed past me.

However, I've had Texas plates cut me off, brake check me, go under the speed limit until I go to pass, etc. all with a mile of empty road ahead and behind. Multiple separate occasions and I'll get one or all of those.

Confirmed. Once they get on our mtn roads they suck ass at driving. They go fast once it's straight, then slam on the brakes at half the speed limit for corners or passing semis. The only state that has worse drivers is New Mexico. Those drivers just plain suck. But TX isn't far behind.
