    Hey OP!

Thanks for the Tag! I personally have not heard of these before, nor have I tested them. You may need to see if anyone else here has installed them before. With no Reviews on the page and with them being a cheaper tail light, I do not think they are going to be the greatest nor do I think they will last the longest, this is just from what I've heard in my Customer Service days. :) Sorry I can't be of too much help here!

Good to know, thanks for the feedback. In general, what’s the ballpark price for good tail lights? I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to this stuff...

While there aren't too many options out there, I would say $300-$400 but then again, I am sure there is a more affordable option out there that will do just fine for you. Really, I would be looking at the Reviews to scale if they are worthy of your Tundra or not! :)

I have not used these, but I will put in my .02. I have used 4 sets of aftermarket tail lights in the past and I am VERY hesitant to buy any of them now. I got burned 3 of those 4 times. It cost me about $1000 to find good aftermarket tail lights. It's hard to find good companies.

Yeah... This was long ago. Early 2000s, so things may have changed since then. BUT, the experience remains and it's not one I want to repeat.

    Good topic BTW.
I’m planning to upgrade my 2017 LED/halogens to the 2019 TRD Pro LED headlights. I too am looking for some LED tail lights that compliment the TRD Pro (black backing) LED headlights.
I’ve found Spec D or DNA motoring to be the best match so far. Smoked tail lights are not a look I want to go for.

    Any input/experience of suggestions welcome.

    ‘thanks

I like my Recons, they work great and have a good fit. 20200106_153556.jpg

I ended up going with this set from Spec-D. I really wanted the Recon set due to their reputation but couldn't justify it in the end because they did not have any non-smoke or non-chromed lights. I felt that the sequential turn really complimented my Morimoto head lights.

Bob_Wiley, I tried those AJP tail lights you show and ran into condensation issues. Ended up returning them due to that and the fact it had more chrome than I was willing to deal with.

This looks like the old Silverado taillight.

    I can see it.

Funny enough, I remember reading another thread where someone mentioned how many similarities the Silverado seemed to be taking from the Tundra and it made me notice how many changes to my Tundra I have made to look similar to the Silverado, lol. :notsure:
