Where do you think I did mine with my 4 year old daughter? Driveway, used the local parts store spring compressors, and hand tools.

    wow,

    thanks

I will try that, I put the TRD PRO dual exhaust on myself without a jack and if the above may be a bit easier I'm in!

What's the price on the shop assembling them, curious!

Sears is pretty cheap, but they don't touch my stuff.

Remember to use jack stands and chock the wheels.

You could get @thumper7799 to come over and help you out.

I loaded the coils myself while my little devil watched. Lol

I tried 3 settings and removed 4 times. I first tried the 3rd, and some CB shims. I didn't like how that went and didn't want to do bumpstop mods. So I dropped it down to #2. Towed with it and decided to go down to the lowest setting.

Only do one CB shim on the drivers side. Works great to make the truck level.

    #2 dumb question,

If I went 4th setting, what are bump stop and do I need them if I dont tow!

Im looking for a level list with slight rake for a 295/70/18 tire fit, dont know if the 3rd setting at 1.9" lift would work with that tire without trimming

Yes, you need to extend the bumpstop. It is on the lower Control arm.

I think there are some pretty good easy kits out there now.

I was quoted around $140, but that's from a few places that will assemble them for you. Unless you assemble them yourself, I would just get them pre assembled. You will have all new top plates and hardware vs them reusing your existing hardware. Good luck and post pics when done.

You can order the top plates installed for ~100.00, but you have a 17'.....

Read his thread on this. Good stuff.

If you are doing yourself, you will need to run out somewhere close with another vehicle if they are assembling.
