    So long story short.
I have a 2012 CM 4x4 5.7 with a Magnuson blower on it that needs engine replacement, its been setting broken for 1.5 years. I've had the truck for sale for a few weeks, but no serious offers yet.
In April, I purchased a 07 RCSB 4x4 5.7 with 187k on the Odometer, in Boise, Idaho.
I finally got it up to Alaska a couple days ago, it's a bad ass truck and I love it.
But, every time I look at it or drive my new to me reg cab, it screams, SUPERCHARGE ME!!!
So I'm thinking about doing just that, since I have all the parts, and it shouldn't cost me a million dollars to pull this off.
So,I'm trying to figure out what all I need to remove from my CM to make the SC work on my reg cab.
I know the blower unit obviously has to be removed.
What all do I need to remove to make a complete fit kit?
    Fuel pump
    Injectors
    Heat exchanger
    Coolant pump and hoses
    Coolant reservoir
I know I'm missing a lot of stuff on my checklist, does anyone have any ideas on what else I need to remove to complete my system?

And what do I do about the tune,
I'm mechanically inclined as hell, but tuning a ECM is above my pay grade.

Any help with my journey to SC my regular cab is much appreciated!

    here's a couple pics, because I know...

Every Tundra screams supercharge me. I know this was a worthless comment. I wish my wife would let me SC mine. It is easy to hide some cheaper mods but 10k is hard to sweep under the rug. Nice rig by the way I love the RCSB look! Good luck!

What I would do is download the supercharger manual from Magnusson and follow it backwards so everything is removed, then when you get to the beginning follow it forwards on the new truck :D tuning you have every option with it being an 07. My suggestion at the moment is HP Tuners which I'm just delving into right now, but if you know someone with the correct cable to flash the ecu with tech stream then you can flash the trd tune. HP Tuners is its own rabbit hole but has tons of versatility.

If the RCSB has an engine oil cooler, and the donor truck does as well, those lines will need to be swapped. I think that loosening the A/C compressor is required to remove and refit them. It's a Tow Package item, mine has this, so yours may as well. If your RC does not have them, you can still do the swap. If the donor does not have them and the RC does and you're not able to source them, I used flexible heater hoses :p.

Here's what the cooler looks like:

    Oil Cooler.jpg

And here are all the links that I have to the various install manuals that @snivilous referenced. Some I think are for newer model years just to give you too much info. ;) One is a source for a new/spare belt, and SuperchargersOnline may be a source for the oil cooler lines or other things you discover that you need.

Check the supercharger spins nicely, and if you want to do any maintenance or swap the pulley out now would be the time to do that too

Thanks for reminding me. I'll definitely change out the coupler while I have it out, and anything that look, feels, sounds like it might need attention.

    Hello,
I would call Keith Carty of Dirty Deeds Industries and pick his brain. No one knows Tundra's like Keith does. He is out of the office most days, but is always available via phone. You can call or text him anytime at 760-877-4234. He does take many calls and texts a day, but is very good at getting back to everyone.

    Thanks, Shawna, DDI

Got'r finished up last weekend, figured I'd drop in and say Thank you everyone for your input and suggestions!:hattip:
Didn't have any problems and everything went as smooth as one could ask for, especially doing the work in my gravel driveway.
Sold the Crewmax the day after I finished the swap.KIMG1143.jpg KIMG1144.jpg

    Thanks everyone!
Right now I'm rolling around doing speed limit as I don't break anything.
I still need a couple things, I twisted off my nipple :))shout out to elk hunter) on my by-pass valve actuator and I need a tuner.
So I have my valve wired open and I'm taking it super easy until I can source those couple items
