Funny, I was just reading your thread on that issue. You are doing what I would. Give the Kroil some time to work.

Do you have a cutting torch or sawzall? That may be your next step.

Got a hack saw to cut the bolt head off?

Then you might be able to really get some torque on it.

I've postponed this damn thing until tomorrow spent 10 hours working on it. Tomorrow I'll go at it until it's off one way or another. It's seriously screwing with the ride quality right now.

Jesus man, you have some patience. That bolt head would have been cut off, sway bar slid off and bolt cut flush with frame. lol

Maybe you will have better luck tomorrow.

I'm starting with getting the bolt glowing red and dumping water on it then hitting it with the impact. Hoping that'll do the trick.

Mine too. My Tacoma needs tires soon. Before I get the tires, the cam bolts are coming out and getting lubed like no other. Hopefully on the Tundra the same can be done as well.

Just an update, I'm looking around at my options for rear glass and I can't find anything that I thoroughly am dead set on yet. Favorite so far is the glassworks. Any suggestions? Need to start placing orders on all this stuff to get the rear started. Here's a photo of the glassworks.

Your truck is exactly what I'll model mine after if I make it out to AZ for my job. For now a small lift and big tires works for the trails and camping.

    Awesome build.

I'm going to be honest, not feeling these bedsides. The lines just do not match up well with the cab from the pic. For some reason, they look like F150 flares to me.

I agree, my initial thought was that i'd just buy these and the silverado ones then cut out the silverado fendewell and glass it onto the tundra ones for a cleaner look.

Here you go! @ColoradoTJ I do have the track width measurement from Mazzulla, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it yet or not though. I'll text mike tomorrow and ask him if it's cool since they haven't released the specs to the public yet. But visually....;) I made sure I was dead nuts inline with the middle of the front tire.

I have to say though, this is a hell of a hard decision. I spent a little time last night looking at images and some more this morning.

The cool thing is you have tons of options and depends on how deep you're going with this.

Are you doing a bed cage:
    image.jpg
And the reason I ask is you can pretty much do whatever you want when it comes to bed sides.

    If not....

Huh, not as offset as I thought. For some reason I was thinking the front was "way" wider than the front (like 6-7" per side).

Oh we're certainly doing a bed cage! the propensity for my dumb veteran ass to roll this sucker is high! Considering I just spent the past hour drifting it at 50 off parking lot curbs into the main street and broke the rear suspension.....I just might need a wittle bed cage love lmao

And your first guess is very close it's between 4-6 inches each side...I haven't gotten approval on whether or not I can say but it's certainly more than 4... ;)

I would do a bed cage as well if in your shoes. The truck bed will be worthless, but this is not the kind of truck that is a concern. Having a cage like the first pic I posted will give you a lot more in options anyway. The glass can be replaced easily and can be fitted to your needs.

Are you moving the fuel tank to the bed area (or at least up from underneath the truck)? What are your plans for a spare tire mount?

Link time for the rear. If you are going that route, are you doing aluminum links?

The initial reason we went long travel in the front.

The new reason why we're going long travel in the rear

The bed cage won't be to the full extent of what you have pictured. It'll go to the top of the roof and down to the frame but not that well beefed up.

Not doing links in the rear. Plans for the rear are a custom deaver pack with half leafs at the bottom with a Y link wishbone. and 3.5's or 4.0's
Also considering buying a currie rear end. That's still up in the air though.

Only money right. Never seen a dead man complain about his huge bank account. lol

So you are keeping the factory bed sides and installing glass then.

Those Currie 9" are bad ass.
