I can't find any photos of a tundra on 39's with long travel! AND I'VE LOOKED @sdhq_offroad got any photos of a tundra running 39's or 40's?

We don't have any with 39's. Our shop Tundra with 37's and the Camburg LT, we cut the whole core support and moved it up 4" so that we have absolutely zero rub at full compression even at full turn lock.

I'm foreseeing some fitment issues with 39's, but if you do it, definitely document it. We would love to see what you do.

I've got zero rub currently on the 37's also. So far what I'm seeing to make this work is; new offset wheels. Fiberglass needs to be 1 inch wider and 2.5inches taller. And the firewall needs to be moved back. I'll document this every step of the way.

So if you take your kit to full bump and go from full lock left to full lock right (while still full bumped), no rubbing at any point? We cleared 37's no problem with the tires pointed straight ahead, but at turn is where the rub problems were.

What offset wheel would you be moving to?

Correct, no rubbing at any point. Chris did a seriously great job on this kit. Why it took 4 months to make. lol

Offset wise i'm not sure yet. I need to go pick up a roller tomorrow and mount it to one of the spare wheels to start really getting a better idea at what can and can't be done.

@sdhq_offroad do you know anyone that makes glass for the tundra with a 6inch bulge 4 inch rise instead of the 4 and 2?

@bandit 4" flare is the largest flare that I am aware of for the 07-13 body style

Ya, that's all I've found as well. Mcneil makes a 1 piece but doesn't have the specs on it listed on their website. I'll call them tomorrow and find out the details.

I have trd r/w wheels too! Lol. I think that's the only thing left on my truck with any type of branding aside from the door panel stickers.

Picked the bike up 12 hours ago, installed the fairings, went on a 15 minute test ride to give the battery a little boost and sure enough. She's puking her guts out all over the place. I love me some technology. I had no idea until I saw the traction and slide control lights throwing a party on the gauge cluster lol.

Starting to think that might be a more accessible hobby living so close to the beach. And hey, the beach can't break down.
