I called Dorman to see if they would make some but they said $1100 for 10 to custom make some. No thanks. This is awesome that you tried them and they worked out.

Just ordered them. We’ll see how long it takes. Did the cheapest shipping. $157 total for 10. Thanks for the info and for being the guinea pig.

Sure do. I bought them when I bought my gram lights wheels. Wanted to keep them from getting all messed up from the lug nuts. Now that I’m getting those studs I can finally use these guys. 1B00BB59-4DF7-4926-BD99-95B8BA24C08E.jpg

interesting. I've never seen them in M14. Last I checked, Mackin was only importing M12 for cars.

Awesome man! Im glad I could be a guinea pig for you all, thats better than what my wife calls me. It only took about 5 days for me to get the lugs from japan. Honestly I was shocked at the speed. Gram lights you say? Bringing me back to my import days haha

Pictures don’t do them justice, but they make them for our trucks. 57 trans x is what they are called. Come in 18x9 with either 0 or +25 offset. Also come in black or bronze. Weigh about 23 lbs. this is what they look like on my truck. 90A07C7E-BE3F-48F8-B131-C6815CE2D871.jpgCDA45425-5E72-4906-901D-20C09B94FACE.jpg35FDF21F-EF79-4433-80B1-760D6A85DE66.jpg

I considered getting Rays, but my wheels end up haggard from off-roading. I would feel so bad wrecking nice wheels.

So far they only got some pinstripes from wheeling. I don’t drive fast when Offroad especially when driving over rocky terrain. Once they get damaged enough I’m going to get them powder coated in hyper blue which I think will be awesome. Unfortunately yellow stuff brake pads keep my wheels mostly black. I got them for their strength, weight and looks. Since I’m on 37s the extra 10lbs made a difference compared to my method grids that were 33lbs.

i bought a set of these based on this recommendation and the 10 studs I received were 16mm Knurl. now I'm back to looking for a working solution. I'm leaning toward the KYO-EI SBLC. just not looking forward to the shipping time.

I looked up the part number clicked on the link from Amazon and Walmart it’s saying it don’t fit tundra.. also shows that part number is for a dodge? Ignore it? If you say those worked I’d believe you more.

Ran into the same problem. Attempted to install 1.5 spacer . And the nuts to secure the spacer only go half way into the oem studs. They look shorter than ones on my Camry.

I've used Dorman 610-471 wheel studs for a few years now without issue. Just make sure service techs understand the studs are different up front if you ever take it in.

Very true, my stock rear studs were long enough so I didn't bother with them.

Whatever you do... do not over torque them. Just watch the backside as you are seating them. Once the underside of the head contacts the hub it's good to go. Tightening it further than that you'll risk snapping them - while you are driving. I made that mistake.

Got the extended wheel studs in the mail yesterday. Curious to know will extended nuts for the spacers do just fine on the stock wheel studs since it’s 8mm thread longer here’s what I’m looking at. Standard nuts for spacers is 21mm long as you see in the other options, the extended ones 29mm. Assuming the extended studs are the best if had to choose one but I’m trying to do the bare minimum not having to replace the studs. I know having both is the best and safest but would like to hear some opinions.

Thanks for the information! Bought the new studs and had them in hand from order date in 8 days ($112 for 10 lugs. Small price to pay for peace of mind with my wife and kids in the truck) Found out I had a stuck lugnut on my rear tire in the process so I luckily had 10 spares to replace it with. Glad I found that out on the lift and not on the side of the road. My Father in Law has a lift, Ball Joint remover, and experience which made this job a piece of cake even for a not-so-mechanically inclined person as myself! Everything worked great. Thanks again for the information!

Jimes, those Gram Lites look awesome! Are they the 0 offset? If so, did you run a spacer? I'm new to the forum... I just bought an 08 with a 6-in lift. It has some heavy, 20x12 rims that I want to replace. They are -44 offset also. Most of of the lighter, quality rims that I'm finding for our truck have a zero or positive offset. I definitely want to go narrower than what I have now of course, but considering where I'm starting I feel like going to a nine wide with zero offset would be extreme. Don't want to use spacers if I don't need to. Thank you for any advice. BTW, it currently has 35x12.50s. I plan to either stay with this or go with the metric equivalent of a 35 11.50.
