So I have steering wheel vibration at 45-55 mph and above 65mph. Seems to stay about the same whether I’m on the throttle or when I let off.
I’ve replaced the LBJ, and inner and outer tie rods. Truck has recently been aligned, and had a balance when I swapped winter tires over a month ago.
PO replaced the entire driveshaft before I bought it and suggested balancing that, which I do plan on bringing by my local driveshaft-specialty shop this week. However, I’ve been seeing that is usually felt in the seat. The truck does have strut spacers and rear lift blocks which I intend to remove, just waiting on parts. PO installed them.

How old are the shocks. Does it still vibrate on long fast corners? Left & right? What about braking? Do you feel any vibration in the brake pedal?

The shocks are 10 yrs old according to his spreadsheet he gave me. Replaced front and rear in 2015, 60k miles ago. There is no noticeable change/difference when braking, nor turning. No vibration felt in the brake pedal either, just the steering wheel

You're on the right track by resetting the suspension back to stock.

Calipers and rotors in decent condition? Center support bearing in decent condition?
