    Very true...and though i totally dislike that kind of beer and our gives me headaches...I'd still drink if he offered cause:

    1. It's rude to turn down a beer and

    During our major fires here in Colorado Springs (Waldo Canyon fire that claimed ~347 homes and Black Forest fire that claimed ~500 homes) in a two year span 12-13', there were looters. The local government warned that looting would be delt with most severely.

    They caught several couples and teams looting. Most got over 30 years in prison each. The judges fired the canon at there ass loaded with a big law book.

    Damn guys. I'm so glad to hear you all are ok. In reality, only thing that matters. Still, I wouldn't want to go through any disaster like this, lose everything and especially things that can't be replaced (photos etc).

    Is flood insurance offered to homeowners, or would that be a forethought for anyone down there? I know where I moved from there are some flood prone places that can't get flood insurance and lost multi million dollar homes when Hurricane Mathew tore up the easT coast.

    I also know that when the CO fires destroyed so much 4 years ago the insurance companies jacked up premiums by 4 times the original cost.
