I was thinking “How the heck would you know that from driving your Ford”, and then I looked at your vehicle info. Man, you change vehicles more often than I change underwear!!

when I tested one to buy it, it was pretty clunky when it switched, not a very refined feeling.

it was damn fast though, I will say that, it moves. but it broke down and got all haywire on me.

nice features though , that generator is something toyota should add!!

    I couldn't say
My F150 had the 5.0 V8. Love that engine. The rest of the truck, not so much.

The V8 towed great and got a little better fuel economy than I've had so far in the Tundra.

Was in a rental car the other day and that was my first experience with it.
Had no idea and a moment of panic when the rpm's dropped to zero at an intersection.
Immediately found that button and turned that crap off.
I drove beaters most of my life in bad weather and am hardwired permanently to never shut off a vehicle until I reach my destination.

They're already weak on payload. Adding a generator would hurt even more.

I think Toyota nailed the brake pressure requirement to shut the engine down.

BUT ....the quick shutoff when you shift into park is incredibly annoying.

The latter is the reason I would disable.

There are a million to chose from on Amazon, which to go with?

It would be amazing if the feature could be coded out.

No compromise is acceptable. Start/stop needs to go.

Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
The same where you have to slam the brake pedal to the floor before you can start it. Remember back when PARK meant PARK and you didn't have to do this stupid shit?

Ever try backing it up a few feet with the door open and no seat belt on?
