    Ya I would definitely be pissed too. Sucks for sure. But there's more fish in the sea. Just gotta be patient. There was one I saw pop up recently I'll send your way.

    These things usually work out for the best. Look on the bright side.... avoided the cost of a plane ticket and potentially being broke down on the return road trip a thousand miles from home. There's a zillion gen1 Tundras out there... you'll find yours.

    Here’s one that popped up in Boise. I have no affiliation but a Quick Look and it seemed pretty decent and the price isn’t crazy compared to what I’ve been seeing. For comparison, here are the other trucks that came up with the search. All higher mileage, older, crappier, etc.

    Meh, those things look generally ugly to me, at least. Like giving your truck an intentional underbite.

    If you really want one of those things, you can get the proper TRD one off ebay for your truck for about $90. Dealerships are still trying to clear those things out.

    Sorry, the knock offs are $90, real ones are a bit more. Search for 212-34060, it's the TRD skid plate that stick out from under the front bumper to make it look tough or something...
