did that seem to help any? I was thinking about doing that too in the rear doors and just unhooking the added tweeters on the fronts. The tweeters def are most of my noise.

Ok, so I pulled one of the rear door panels again and connected the Hertz tweeter to the stock tweeter plug (FYI, green is + blue is -). Way less hiss, but also way less volume. The stock tweeter hisses too, but more of a quiet deep static noise that’s much less noticeable. The stock tweeter is also not as loud. I may just run the stock tweeter in the back and disconnect the added on Hertz tweeters up front until I can figure this out.
I also rechecked my ground and tried separating my power wire as far away from the speaker wire harness as I could at the amp, no difference.
While I had the door panel off, last thing I tried this evening was using a spare piece of speaker wire and running it straight from the amp to the door speaker…still hissing just as bad.
Also to be 100% sure, I went ahead and dremeled the bare metal under my ground again just to make sure. I am pretty confident my ground is good.

    Stock, for now
After re reading some post, my guess is that you have an extra ground connected to the amp. Maybe you have a remote that is not needed.

I ended up getting ahold of Tech12v again and he had me turn down the gains on the actual LOC and not the amp. I turned them back about 1/3 of a turn. That made a big difference, there’s still a hiss, but it’s not near as noticeable. I would love for it to go away completely, but not sure that’s going to happen with my stock HU after talking to him.

I think the OP has a different problem, replaced the stock head unit so not sure why the loc would be in there. @Millerlowlife
