    Ok let start off buy saying I bought my TRD pro headlights from them without a snag. Fast shipping. I finally placed a big order of $1250 for a MGM platinum grille, hood bulge, and MGM bunper caps. Once again, fast shipping and a parts arrived nicely packaged.

    Turns out the platinum grille did not fit my 2019 emblem. They sent me a 2020 grille, which accepts an entirely new emblem. Not going into details, as there is now a great thread on the issue. Anyways, Sparks parts clearly has these grilles labeled as "2019" model, which they clearly are not. I was willing to return my grille, and just get the 2019 Pro grille, seeing that I was going to have to buy an extra $300 emblem anyways. Might as well buy the OEM pro garnish.

    Long story short..you can only text Sparks parts. No direct calling. I emailed, nothing. I was simply ignored on the text. They made me out to be incompetent, and that the grille works with my current emblem. I had initiate 3 separate texts, all which ended being ignored after a few chats. A message would pop up "Micah will get back to you once we open back up." Yeah, in the middle of the conversation.. 2 days of this, I finally said the hell with these guys. I just ponied up $300, and purchased the 2020 emblem form a local dealer.

    Absolute trash customer service. They literally stopped replying to me 3 separate times. All while keeping my cool and willing to exchange the item. I never said I was angry or mad (even though I felt like punching Micahs teeth out..)

    This is a pic of the message, and the reply I would get after texting them for a few minutes. This went on for 2 days, hoping to hear back from them, but nothing..

    Is it possible they’re closed due to the virus? It’s been years for me, but when I had an issue they were quick to reply back to me.

    Yeah I used to use Sparks because they’re not that far up the road from me (trying to keep business local) so shipping usually ended up being less than from Cool Springs Toyota, but after several instances of bad service, I started using Cool Springs. @Roman and his team are VERY responsive.

    I have quite a bit of conversation on my text logs. They were answering me. They answered me each time I initiated a text through the icon.

    I had problems reaching them regarding issues with my last order. Having text and email being the only way that parts communicated was frustrating. I ended up calling the dealership phone number and asking for the parts Dept. This worked for me.

    I bought my TRD Pro headlights from @Roman 4 years ago.
    UPS broke a couple tabs on one them.
    Roman immediately sent me another one, contacted UPS and they issued a call tag for pickup of the damaged one, without any hassle to me.

    I've bought a few thousand dollars of stuff from him since..
    He is my go to for any Toyota part that he can get..
    A very few times I've ordered elsewhere because he couldn't get the part.
    Some parts are only available in certain regions.

    I’m also having issues with Sparks Parts and their shipping vendor. FedEx.
    They lied and stamped my package delivered, I’ve been to the warehouse twice and they finally told me to kick rocks.

    would like to hear back from someone @SparksParts

    Just to give you guys a little info it does look like the 2019 grille part number has superseded into a new part number which does require a new emblem part number 90975-02159 and a screw 90167-50063. production break is 11/2019

    I just had a very similar experience with Sparks. I ordered a 2019 color matched grill (53101-0C030-J1) and and they sent the 2020 model instead (53101-0C031-J1). I didn't catch it until well after 30 days because I was waiting for other parts and just checked the color when it arrived. After reading this thread, I'm not even going to bother to try and return it, since that seems futile. so now I'm on the hunt for a used 2020 emblem. I feel your pain.

    Bad customer experience is due to (1) adoption of bad policy (often seen when ownership or management changes), or (2) bad employees. Micah has obviously decided he can get away with telling the OP to take his "silly-assed problem up the hall to the complaint department".

    Moral: Always pay by credit card. Forget PayPal, it's safe, but their appeal process is a joke. When the vendor doesn't deliver the goods as promised, you drop the complaint hammer on them with the credit card company. Michah (or his replacement) will be quickly calling back, very anxious to get the problem resolved. Some vendors are fine with the "loss" belonging to the customer, but it becomes their "loss", then they get very interested.

    Had a similar deal with the silent treatment, ordered the wireless charger and didn't enter a discount code that I had (only would've saved like $8, but still..) I messaged them seeing if it could be added and was basically told to fuck myself "oh once we get the order we can't do anything". Asked them to cancel the order so I could just re-do it and *crickets*.
    The charger arrived in one piece which is good though I guess? But i'll never order anything from them again.

    I emailed and called them with no response to this date. I will never purchase anything from them again. I would rather pay extra than deal with the poor customer service. I would have at least liked a response, regardless of the outcome.

    not to mention they left the price they paid for shipping on the box and over charged me by 70 bucks...

    Wish I woulda read this before ordering my 19 pro led headlights... That they shipped through fed ex... supposed to arrive tomorrow but the havent moved much at all since I placed my order last week. We'll see what happens. Good thing is that they're going to my post office for pick up, so if it doesn't get scanned there, they can't say they were delivered.

    Tried ordering from cool springs but their store is down temporarily and they wouldn't let me place an order over the phone.

    I have ordered quite a bit from @Roman and have always had lightning fast shipping and impeccable customer service - shipping right now is choppy which isn’t the retailers/vendors fault.

    Update. Got my headlights in the mail. They were packaged good so they didn't get damaged. But I believe its factory packaging, so sparks didn't really have any input there

    I bought some stuff from them a couple weeks ago, they shipped all they way to Mexico. FedEx sucks and sure... they missed one part, wouldn't know who's dropping the ball but they immediately sent it and owned their mistake. Shipping was cheap, everything came in perfect condition, nicely packed and with a few extras I did not expect that made my life a little easier.

    So far I have no reason not to buy from them again, the rep that took care of me replied within 30 minutes every time which is rare for an e-tailer.

    If it wasn't for the missing part, they'd get a 10/10 score from me.
