    DO NOT BUY

After I bought my 2020 Tundra and tried to use the Mini VCI with my Techstream to read data I discovered that I could not read the ECU engine/trans data. I could do everything else. A quick search on the forum and I found it was a common problem using the Mini VCI. I took a chance on Openport 2.0 sold on Amazon for around $30 buck and works perfect. It looks identical to the OVTune Openport 2.0 that I use to have for my Tacoma. The Amazon Openport comes with software that I didn't and won't install. My Openport drivers that were previously installed worked perfect and I'm happy to say I can now read all my data on Techstream.

This is the one I bought but I doesn't appear to be available on US Amazon.

Similar item on the US Amazon site.

If your interested in one of these I would buy it soon. When I bought mine two weeks ago there was quite a few listed. Not so much now. The one I ordered only took two weeks to arrive from China.

I can't recommend this product any longer. Mine failed after about a month.

    Thanks for the update!

Have you found a replacement that is any good?

I've been using the mini-vc1 j2534 cable and it works fine with techstream.
