We had 3 generations of Canadas finest out a few wks ago. I had just finished going backwards down an icy single track, bending my bars and putting holes in the intake screen. Good times.

A couple from this year. Season is winding down here, the lower elevations are pretty much done

Only had my olde Summit out twice this season, once for an ice-fishing run, and once for two-night trip to the cabin with my brother. Snow pack is pretty dismal here, I keep hoping for those epic spring snowfalls in the hills, but it seems to insist on raining. :annoyed: And with premium solidly over $2/litre, I’m wondering if there’s gonna be one last hurrah.

even getting out a couple times a year is worth keeping a snow machine around, nothing else gets you into the wilderness
Like a sled. And cabin trips are worth their weight in gold :)

Got out for a rip yesterday with my brother.

A bit of new snow through the week, so conditions weren’t too bad, at least until the warm weather and “rotten” snow lead to this:

No real harm, the previously cracked windshield is the full spider-man edition now, but no biggie.

Anyone have Pictures from the season so far?
Just got back from what was the most snow I have ever experienced in my life, it was wild.

Looks epic! No pictures here, I’ve only had my old Summit out for a couple short rides this season, between my buddy working up north this year, conflicts between by brother’s schedule and mine, it just hasn’t happened. YET. Oh well, spring riding is the best anyway.

The past weekend’s snowfall should make for some pretty good conditions, along with some more danger. Stay safe out there!

Wow, where was that? Revy just got massive dump and similar pics coming from there. My first mountain trip ever I had snow like that, thought it was normal, 12 years later still haven't seen that again :( . Pains me to say haven't hit the mountains this year but may do a quick trip to Big Horns first week in april if we can find some accommodations. Not going West this year.

Yep, I drove east to Revy on Sunday, most snow was around Makakwa / Eagle Pass. I heard it was a 48cm dump in the valley, and I believe it, it was freakin’ white! Was glad #1 was closed between Revy and Golden, less traffic is good in conditions like that.

98 Yamaha vmax 700 triple. Music to my ears at 8250 rpm. Fun sled but snow is sparce in PA. I rented sleds in Colorado and had a blast. Rode around Copper Mt and Aspen area, that deep powder is awesome.

every year we do a 600-700 mile trip through New Brunswick and that province caters to snowmobiles. Drive into cities and towns and some hotels have compounds, heated and non heated to safely leave your sled in overnight.

looking at those pictures it reminds me of the -30c it was on those mornings.

Sounds like a good time, how long does the trip take and where is all your stuff? Not a bag on those sleds.

4 days, but we’ve done it in 3, both of which include the 3 hour truck ride to get to where we leave from. Everything fits in my 21L linq bag. I also have an arctic cat handlebar bag.

I forgot to mention we bring the bags in overnight, that’s why none are in those pictures.
