Not sure if anyone else has done this. I know pushing the unlock button twice is unbelievably inconvenient but you can change it so you click one time and it unlocks all doors. I have a platinum with jbl radio
    Click on apps button
    >setup
    >on the bottom of screen click the > button
    >vehicle
    >vehicle customization
    >door lock settings
    >un-check box "remote 2-press unlock"

Like I'm said. if it bugs you I'm sure you've figured it out already.
You can change a few lock settings here as well as some light settings.

Can the techstream software make all the windows(including the rear window)roll up in some way? Some way being the key FOB or maybe when the ignition goes off?

I don't think so, if it did, someone would have posted that. I haven't had the time to check out everything it lets you customize yet though.

...be a lot cooler if it did. Leaving the rear window cracked in WA state is painful.

Just did this. Thanks. Now I have to train my family that they don't have to wait for the second beep.

The beep can be turned off too. ;) At least with techstream.

    I did:
unlock all with one key twist
Unlock all doors with fob (separate setting from above)
    Disabled auto-lock
    Disabled lock/unlock beep
    Turned off seatbelt warning beepers
Set auto-off headlights to zero delay when door opened.

Lots of customizable functions with techstream.

Did you get this yet?? I'm going to mess around with mine a little today. I want to see if I can turn off the unlock beep only.
