Let me start with this - I’m looking at Icon 2.5 coilovers for the front, new UCAs, 1.5” shackles for rear leafs, Icon 2.0 Aluminum series rear shocks, along with some other stuff and 35x12.5x17” tires...

After further inspection at my apartment's parking garage, I have 6" of clearance as it stands now.

    I have 285 / 55/ 20 BFG KO2s now...that converts to 32.3"

If my math's right, the move to 35" tires would give me an additional 1.35" (half of the 2.7" delta).

Is it correct to assume the front would gain 3" + 1.35" = 4.35" of total lift and the rear would get 1.5" + 1.35" = 2.85" of total lift?

That would be my understanding as well.
