How did you mount your awning?

 

My current interior is a blank canvas. I have camped out of it for 3 days in the desert. Strapped down 10 gallons of water. Brought the stove and all the other supplies. I’m short at 5-9. I actually slept in the back seat of the CrewMax due to the wind and blowing dirt/ sand. Worked out great!

I understand that RTTs are not for everyone, and probably not what you are looking for, but my buddy has had one on his daily driver (FJ Cruiser) for a few years now, but has never used it. Lol!

Iirc the Oru Design ones are relatively inexpensive compared to the competition if you want a cheap Baja topper. Tarp and a sleeping pad will do in a pinch worked for me many times down there haha.
