Shudder at Low Speed, Low RPM, Old Tranmission questions

    That's a little bizarre. Driving harder pushes clutches closer together eliminating shudder? From what I've heard, if they're slipping, driving harder isn't going to keep them from slipping. Quite the opposite on fact.

    But I am not a mechanic and I hope he's right:hattip:

    It looks like @1Cor1031 hasn’t logged into the forum since late 2023, so you may be talking to a ghost.

    Note ABS sensors will cause shudder at low speeds also. Nothing do do with transmission. Likewise using the wrong fluid in an LSD rear end in our 1st gen Tundras will also cause shudder at low speeds while turning, especially in revers while turning, almost like a skipping sensation. Describe your symptoms more elaborately, when it happens, what it feels like.
