Yes. I'm up in the panhandle so I do have to deal with ice on the windshield every year, and snow 3-4 times a year.

I lived in the Panhandle for 50 years (moved south 5 years ago). Winters there can get shitty, sometimes, really shitty. At least most people there have a decent grasp on driving in snow and ice. Most, but not all.

Looks great. Gotta be honest, my new tires were not amazing in the snow. Passable, but didn’t blow me away. They don’t have a lot of siping so I wasn’t expecting a lot. They are great in the mud though.

That's interesting. Even though we don't get snow often, I wanted to stick with a set that had the 3 peak rating which these do. The KO2's I had before were also great in the snow.

These are good in deep powder in 4wd. But just pure snow traction? Spins one tire in 2wd with any incline. Very little siping

I've always run the BFG KO for the same reason. They perform great in the snow and we basically have 5-6 months of winter.

I guess the trade off is the mud traction where I'm assuming they get used more?

Mine are the same. Good in the deep stuff, but on the packed snow they're a little slidey.

Also, I helped the mail lady get under stuck yesterday.

First time driving a pickup in the snow. Didn’t handle as well as the 4Runner did, but that’s to be expected. Still took it with ease!
