Haha there's only so much I'm willing to do it it. I've got longer term plans. CRV AWD swap (not yet acquired), 350 small block in the trunk and a 5 speed....also sitting in storage lol. Just making it more gokart-ish for the short term.

Nice 65 degree day so I had to give it one more coat of Griots 3 in 1.

 

Decided to give her wash with some ONR and eagle edgeless towels since it was late and no rain expected for a bit.

 

Griot's 3 in 1 today after a wash and clay, ready for the 1st few months of winter. Hard to imagine it was 70 degrees today in CT, with only a few leaves left to fall.. Usually I'm doing this final coating in 45 degree weather.

I'm sure I'll have this truck a long time, probably long enough to pass it down to my daughter. But my next won't be even as dark as this blue, I'm thinking silver or similar. My silver taco always looked clean

Once it warms up, tomorrow will be Beadmaker time!

Have you used the headlight kit yet? I just stumbled on it today. For $25 it seems worth a shot, unless it FUBARs my headlights.

 

I have not. I’ve heard mixed reviews and I haven’t found a good candidate yet.

 

Got it. I'll probably defer it for a while. There are only a couple of small hazy areas on each lens. I'd much rather do the trim kit, but can't get a 12 hour window without a heavy dew fall.

 

Just picked up from the detailer, one year ceramic coating check up and recoat. It looks new.

 

Cleaned up the work car today.
