Thanks to this thread I got the confidence to put the work in with the chemical guys products. I’m kind of proud of the Taco and
1st gen reflection on the Super White.

where do you get your bottles from? looking for some decent quality spray bottles. also, are they the double spray ones that spray when you pull the trigger AND release it?

They are Griots bottles. Best on the market in my opinion. They have 22oz and 35oz. Have to order the sprayers separately.

They are not double action. For that I recommend the Kwazar Mercury bottle. Very high quality.

 

They did turn out great. I was just going to use my labeler as always, but she said that wouldn’t do.

 

I have a mercury bottle and it is great. I use it for all purpose, tire cleaner and bug off. I prefer single action sprayers for gloss qd and spray sealants otherwise I waste product.

 

I'm mostly wanting it for the tire cleaner and all purpose cleaner. I find myself frustrated when trying to spray a bunch and taking a while and/or hand getting tired like a single high schooler on prom night.

 

I would agree with the wife. Those labels scream war machine. Did she use precut labels by Avery or a like?

 

Lmao then I would order mercury you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure the sales this week should be good. I also like the griots sprayer I find I prefer it over the adjustable spray type nozzles that CarPro uses.

 

Not pre-cut. She made them on her Cricut machine. She had me send her each company’s logo and a list of the product names. She printed them on sheets of vinyl, then sprayed something on them to make them more durable / weather resistant.

 

@Fotnot @Ted4311 if you want to try the bottle and sprayer out, grab a bottle of Griots Speed Shine from Autozone. They use the same bottles on all of their products, and it’s a really good quick detailer anyway.

They don’t have the range of adjustment that the twist type have, but I never cared for those. These are perfect for my needs. I’d always saved my Griots bottles in the past for reuse because of this. It was only recently that I noticed Griots had started selling empty ones. Only drawback is that the wide base keeps them from fitting in my go bag, but that’s not a huge issue. I can still use the sprayer on a smaller bottle if need be.

What was supposed to be a two day job I had to cram into one day. 13 hours. Interior was completely deep cleaned and carpet extracted. Here's the exterior.

Meg's M110 on a LC blue hybrid wool pad and Dewalt rotary for cut. Meg's M210 on a LC white polish pad and the G9. M27 to seal with M799 sprayed on top. 14 years old, not bad.
