Yeah, I had thought about it... However, I could not find the light bar on a post from another member from a looong while back. I thought I had bookmarked it but nope, can not find it to see what what was used.

I then settled, the scoop gives a break, with the inside black piece, to the other spaces filled in with light bars...

However, if I find something that looks “just right”... who knows?.

Just do something like this, Matt. It's even set up to retract the lights when not in use. Go Rhino bed bar, IIRC.

I like it more now that I've seen my buddy's Trail Boss with the bed bar, and I think Charlie @PennSilverTaco spotted a Quicksand Tundra that had the Go Rhino bar on it. Not exactly a practical bar, but it definitely pushes the Tundra in a younger direction. Makes it look like less of an old man truck. Kind of shows the flexibility of the 3rd Gen Tundras on looks.

Well, if you're young enough that you think the Avalanche was the first thing to have an angle from the cab to the bed, sure. There've been bed bars like this for decades and well before Chevy decided to just incorporate the look into one of their designs. Go to the link I posted and look at it on the Quicksand truck. It actually looks pretty good.

:drool::drool: That looks sweet. My truck doesn't have a sunroof so I am wondering, is that set of switches the spot where the glasses holder would be, or do sunroof equipped trucks have something else there?

Good to know in case I ever get the urge to add lights. The non sunroof trucks have the glasses holder as well, I just wasn't sure if the sunroof trucks had something else there.

I've enjoyed seeing pictures of different options for light bars. Thank you! I'm interested in a light bar for my 2018 OEM front bumper. Are most light bars not street legal? My desired result is to add more light without blinding oncoming traffic.

The bar does look neat but due to the slope of the rear cab on the Tundra, the gap/spacing is making it look weird in certain angles.

Definitely don't run light bars into traffic...all are only to be used in "offroad" scenarios...

Upgrade your headlights AND add a bar or three for when you're not driving into traffic!

Cant agree more .... they’re dangerous due to extreme lumens that it puts out .... i believe all of them are offroad use only ....
