    I’ve hand wash or use touch less wash. I loaned my 2000AC to a lady down the street and she thought she was doing me a favor running it through the car wash. They broke the lower mount in the fender well causing the antenna to have a little slop. I took the truck to the wash but they refused to accept resposibility. I was going to replace the antenna but given the amount of work just lived with it for several years. Lesson learned - remove antenna mast before car wash and don’t loan truck to anyone
