2” as advertised with a rough country add a leaf. FWIW I have 2.25” in the front

Looked under the truck today and watched some RAS installation videos.
My carrier bearing does not looked cocked or misaligned. And everything is installed correctly.

So next question. What is the normal amount of carrier bearing play when pushed up on driveshaft? I’m getting 1/4” of slop when I push up in driveshaft at location of carrier bearing.

Damn. Eliminating installation error of the CBD kit, I’m wondering if there will always be SOME shudder. I really only notice it when I slam on the gas pedal, which I don’t normally do when I’m driving normally, so I’m wondering if I should just live with it, or if over a long enough time has residual shudder remains could cause premature u-joint and CB failure.

This is also the only time I notice the vibration. Hard acceleration from a stop, which is fairly often so it gets annoying.

Honestly the only thing that reduced the shudder dramatically was getting the angles as close to spec by measuring the angles of the drive lines and flange on the differentials

Also, I checked this and I’m off by a bit (3mm). I’ll have to readjust it and see what’s up!
