I'm working on routes now. Most of the routes are going to be easy. the hard stuff will be Thu and Fri morning. Sat and Sun will be easy

 

We're two weeks out!

I'm working on routes and I will send you guys a GPX file and summary when I am finished. There are a few red TBD's in the first post, please check everything for accuracy.

Meet spots are going to be challenging so you guys are going to have to be flexible. I'll let you know more when I have final routes detailed.

Whoa Alex. Did you create a gpx file with the actual routes or just drop a few pins of spots to check out?

 

haha I have my own style. I think pre-planned tracks are dumb. I do way points and loose route planning.

I proved it on several trips now. If I would have drawn tracks, we wouldn't have used all of them. Too much deviation

 

I get it. I just thought you maybe were giving the fresh meat extra service. Hahaha.

I hate when Alex plans a trip. I like to study the maps if I don't know the area and all i get are a few dots. It would be nice to have a general line whether or not we use it or not. But at least I know what area of the map to memorize. Every trip I have been on that he led I still have no fukn clue where I was.

so we talked at work about getting up early thursday and meeting you in murrieta then driving together from there, what was your time frame for departing home and arriving at dirt etc. we can caravan
