On the food list, Alex can you update the number of people per truck? For us it's two and a half, Spenny is two, right?

Damn my wife and daughters went on vacation for over a month and get back this weekend. I think it would be a really bad idea for me to go wheeling on their first week back. :(

I think it’s only fair that you take some “you” time while they acclimate to being home.

Well I am officially out. Got the driver side done and took a little test drive to check the radiator before I started on the passenger side. Let's just say I got a little spirited and destroyed a tire and bent my passenger UCA bolt- you know that long one that's a PITA to get out in the first place. In the process of cutting it out now but need to get a new one shipped to me before I can put it back together. Found broken lower coilover uniball and mis-alignment spacers. And also a ripped speed sensor wire. So no ABS or 4WD. So she is sitting until I can get parts to assemble back together and get her to the shop to get new tires mounted and alignment done.
How did it happen you ask? Damn heavy rain washed the trail out and hit it a little too fast.

Tire was the only visible carnage until i started pulling it apart. Still trying to figure out how to get the bolt out. Have to get some longer sawsazz blades to cut thru it.

The spindle doesn't look bent nor does the UCA. But when pulling the bolt and spin it the nut side is bent.

Yeah so cool that I can't get the bolt out - haha. Its a PITA in the first place to get it out and now I have to cut it out. Just hoping nothing else is bent - the coil bucket looks ok but need to inspect further

Here’s a few. Didn’t get any technical wheeling in due to Alex only having 2wd after a busted CV but it was still an awesome trip. CBAAE71B-E865-4819-9DA8-7749672B60F8.jpg

    LOL I'll get some posted.

Haha! I was down to do the technical stuff but it might have taken longer if someone had to pull me or I had to winch. I don't know what any of those trails looked like but I was willing to give it a shot. It's good that we went straight to camp though. We were able to get a super cool campsite.
