Check out MITO / Gentex mirrors. They have auto dimming with homelink and also have compass and temp.

Check out Sparks TRD or Cool Springs Toyota. Pretty sure both are vendors here.

I wonder if it's just plug-n-play? I had a 2012 Impreza with a standard mirror, but I upgraded to an auto-dimming mirror. There was a pre-wired plug tucked up in the headliner, so I just had to fish it out and plug it in.

Not sure if the Toyota mirror is PNP. The MITO harness plugs into the back of the mirror but the other end has to be wired to ignition power and ground. The mirror with temp has two additional wires that need to be run out under the hood to the temp sensor.
