I'll do better, I'll let mine go for $27k cash (knocking off $5k for the additional 3k miles over @shifty` ).

@shifty` brings up some good points. You can find a really clean mid-mileage truck for a lot less. And it being a third car you'll be in good shape.
All said it is a beauty!!!

I'll go even worse, I'll sell you mine with 325k miles for 15k. Already lifted and whole new front/rear suspension. It's already broken in about three times over!

I would pay that IF the condition matches the mileage. I look at it like this. Would you pay $32k for that truck if it was brand new? Most people here would jump at the chance to buy a brand new 2006 Tundra for the 2006 price today. So, is that $10K worth 59K miles on a 300K+ mile potential truck. Yes, that's a no brainer. People get hung up on math, not taking into account variables like availability. That seems like the closest thing to a brand new 2006 Tundra you can buy in 2022. Also, keep in mind $32K in 2006 is $48K in 2022 money. https://www.usinflationcalculator.com/

People will counter with "but technological improvements"...but to some of us most of those are a draw back and the actual useful ones (backup camera, brake upgrade, etc) can all be done for a couple grand but aren't requirements.

Again, all this is conditional on that truck being in the condition the mileage suggests and you should do a THOROUGH inspection/investigation to confirm that is in fact the case....then offer him $20K and see what he says. Good Luck...

PS...make sure that timing belt has been replaced (or do it immediately after you buy it), get a Carfax to confirm mileage and see possible maintenance and check it's history with VIN on toyota.com/owners for possible toyota dealer maintenance history as well.
