Just wanted to make sure you understand what my issue is. My key fob is linked, memory seat is working just fine, moves me forward and backward. I did the whole procedure couple weeks ago when I noticed the message on my screen - that's when I set up a memory seat. And even though I went through it the message is still popping up. Hope it's clear.

Does the seat go to a stored position when you hit the 1 or 2 button?

I don't know what to tell you. When mine accepted the memory button programming the prompts went away. Exasperating but what I would do is reset the identity and program it again.

My 23 platinum is doing the same thing as yours. Everything works, everything and no beeps. But seems like every other day I get two or three continuous prompts asking if I want to adjust my seat.

Exactly. Everything works and it’s just annoying to have that message popping up all the time.

I’m going to follow that YT video about linking my key fob to a profile and see what happens. It’s not linking key fob to truck, but to a specific driver profile.

My Tundra brought up the seat adjust prompt today and I thought of something else that may be happening. Initializing the seat by moving forward and backward basically establishes limit or reference points. There is a device that counts how many times the shafts turn to get to your memory position and a modules that keeps track of all of it. If you move your seat from your memory position the module may be asking you if you'd like to adjust your seat because it's not on your personalized memory setting. That happens with mine when the seat is adjusted to anything but the memory setting. FWIW.

Not to beat it to death but I did verify that the position module under the seat is what give the "seat adjust" prompt. Once you have the seats initialized, it should not put that prompt up if the seat is in one of the two memory settings. The reason it puts up two prompts, one after the other is for position 1 and then position 2.if you've moved the seat the prompt will show up on the display. An odd bit of SW programming but it is what it is.

Here’s just my two cents…. Mine was asking if I wanted to adjust seats constantly, even after my fob was linked and my profile was linked. It still constantly asks for my pin. As far as the seat thing goes… I think it’s completely stupid for my screen to ask if I want to adjust my seat. If I wanted to adjust my seat, I would just go ahead and do that. They should have a message pop up after starting your truck that says… WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRIVE YOUR TRUCK ? And not let you put it in drive until you enter yes or a PIN code.

As FYI @in_the_mud - I am having the exact same issue as you. Everything works as programmed. I've done all the stuff suggested and still get the question probably once a week or so. Sometimes more, sometimes less...seems very random.

So with all of that, I have nothing to offer to help. But know at least one other bloke has the same issue :)

FWIW, which probably isn't much but it's working for me, here are the settings I've got configured- Do the seat initialization process. Program both buttons. I didn't pair to a key. I don't really see the need to as there is only one fob. I don't use the access function that slides the seat back and forth on entry. Who knows but it works for me.

Mine all worked fine....Then I go my second key fob installed. Now no beeps, memory seats work. Just every couple of days I get the adjust seat prompt. Say no twice and it's gone.

No idea. I have linked both keys.

Mine is linked and still get the 2 messages randomly. Going to do the seat calibration, that makes more sense for my particular issue.

I've noticed that if my profile loads then I don't get the warning. If my profile fails to load then I get the seat prompt.

My prompt went away after linking the key to my profile in the center screen setup options.. I think it's under general > profile but I don't remember exactly.

ETA - didn't realize people were still getting the prompt after linking profiles. That might be the dealer failing to correctly setup the vehicle for delivery..

So far so good. Never even messed with seat memory, but it didn't work until I did calibration. Without a second fob yet I suppose it may still prompt.

Sounds like you’re bitter about YT. Did they ban one of your videos or something? But hey, enjoy that beep haha.

Lol nope, I can read a lot faster than some clown who burbles nonsense for 20 minutes after suffering through TWO commercials, crappy 70's porno music soundtrack, irrelevant commentary, and the inevitable "smash that like button and subscribe to my channel" message at the end.

Assuming, of course, that the YT idiot covered everything they were supposed to in ONE video.

And I found WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS for the problem and had it fixed in less time it took to suffer through the ads.

Bonus thought: why do YT clowns put their face in the video "ad" looking like a demented window licker??? SMH.

Same here. Hoped this issue would be resolved by now. Since I got my 2nd key fob, I'm going to try calibration first, then creating a memory position for each fob.

It’s really weird. It just started popping up. It also doesn’t do anything, as far as I can tell. If you select no or yes it basically just exits the screen. No idea what it’s intended for. Maybe I should read the manual lol

I also got it after the update. Everything worked great prior to the update. Nothing has worked to make it go away. Not even a full reset.

Had same issue with 22 Tundra. Dealer didn't know off the top of their head. Wifey's 24 Highlander is doing the same.

After some YT kids, boils down to programming both seat buttons and pairing the kay. Seems to work so far. Will try with her Highlander as well.

I’ve tried all the fixes and it still comes and goes. I’m starting to think this has something to do with seatbelt being clicked before or near starting the truck. It doesn’t seem to pop up when belted in but if I start the truck without my seatbelt or start and drive away without seatbelt then it pops up.

    Grasping at straws here, haha

Mine still has the message occasionally after trying all the "fixes". I just live with it.
