I'm familiar with RGV. Was just asking if you're a PA. I'm guessing not. Nice looking ride though.

She could care less, like you said, it's not how you act on one special night, it's every night. I do like scheduling a "date night" type thing every once in a while, but definitely not on V Day.

I intentionally don't get anything for my wife on Valentine's Day. It pisses me off to be forced into doing something to show her I love her. I told her before we ever got married, so she is ok with that. But... I do things for her, take her out and surprise her with a gift here and there throughout the year. If I ignored her all year long, then didn't do anything for her on valentines, she probably wouldn't be happy about that.

Valentine's Day is for people dating and maybe for the first 2 years of marriage. If you've been married for over 5 years and still doing something romantic for your wife, you're just making the rest of us look bad.

Haven't celebrated valentines day since 2002. Just a corporate money making day where the guy is expected to spend a fortune and create the flawless day and perfect gift. If a woman demands special treatment that day I will not stay with her. I'm a gentleman and like to have fun year round and don't need a dated day to tell me to work harder at it.

9 years and still on fire.

Bringing the doc to our favorite steakhouse (Ruth Chris') and get a bottle of wine go home and catch a nice flick or go catch John Wick 2 at the movies. We both wanna see that bad!

Ain't doing it on valentines, we take a weekend or two out of each month for us. This one happens to fall on Valentine's Day weekend so we're both counting it towards v day LOL

Weird Al is pretty awesome. I couldn't really imagine getting married while I'm still in the Navy anyway. Most marriages don't seem to do that well in the military. It's really sad how short many of them can be or worse yet, how many guys can come back from a deployment and find the house and bank accounts cleaned out. Is it a problem with the sailor/marine, with the women we seem to attract, or some of both? This whole "love" thing has never made much sense to me...
