    1. Check air pressure. 65 psi in each
    2. Make sure he resetted SAS, steering wheel angle sensor. Newer toyotas have it. Steering wheel will steer itself if not resetted
    3. Radial pull from tires. Easy check, rotate both front wheels with each other. If it pulls in opposite directions, it's a tire issue.
    4. You showed front not rear, even though it only has front adjustments, thrust angle could be off from lift in the rear causing a pull. Accordingly, measure the lift with measuring tape from base of wheels to the wheel arches. If it's off even .25 inch, take it back to shop to correct. After 100 miles of install, lift has to be re torqued.
    5. Check alignment at 40mph under no acceleration and no road crown test drive to confirm an actual pull.
    6. Make sure all wheels have same offset and rim width is the same. I have a customer with 10 in wheels and one 9.5 rim. That cause a pull.
All of these things I would check in my shop after showing all green. If it still pulls after all of these checks, have tech bring front left caster .25 degrees negative to offset pull. Caster no matter how much in red, it'll never wear a tire. Good luck buddy. I'm not a regular, just signed up to lend a hand.

Wow i didnt know firestone hired such good techs. Props to the guy who did this work on a lifted truck. That alignment is incredible. Caster is perfect for road crown. Honestly ive never seen alignment cause a pull in my entire life unless its waay out. Only poorly inflated tires or uneven wear seem to cause pulls. Some people think their vehicle pulls when steering wheel is off center which it doesnt. Sorry for the non uplifting post but alignment is the last place ive looked for a pull cuz 90% of pulls have nothing to do with alignments.

    Firestone tech? ^

Somebody earlier mentioned to check tire pressure. The alignment tech should do that before touching anything, but check it anyway. When I got my tires recently I had a slight pull to right. 2 days in I wanted to see what psi was in my tires, I had 40 all around except the front passenger which was at 36. Added 4 psi and the pull almost left.

 Usually, I stop reading threads when they start cycling, everyone repeating the same advice (clearly not having read the posts before theirs).

But I'm fascinated by how many chiming in to repeat advice already given by numerous others, whose only posts are on this thread. So you guys joined our forum to give your ¢.02... but did so randomly...? :notsure: (Because if you joined because you were enthralled by OP's dilemma and felt compelled to help, that would imply you'd read the thread, but then you'd have seen your suggestion(s) already posted several times.)

    I am kinda entertained.

Thanks very much for signing up to help and welcome!
    1. I've been playing with psi and don't think there is any difference when bumping up pressures.
    2. I'm pretty sure this guy didn't know anything about that nor did I.
    3. Going to try and rotate tires side to side to see if that helps.
    4. I do have the typical tundra drivers side lean, but I would think that would make it pull to the left if anything.
    5. I've tried on every surface, right or left crown (FL doesn't have many flat roads due to massive rains we get) and still a slight pull to the right.
    6. Hopefully method wheels wouldn't have manufactured wheels incorrectly and they only come in 9" in the 18 size.

So when ordering the tires from discount tire, they had to transfer them from a different store. I was a little concerned that 3 tires came from AZ and 1 from WA. I questioned them about that and they said it happens all the time. I wonder if different batches of tires could be giving me this slight pull?

I’ve been a Toyota tech for 3 yrs and done plenty lifted truck alignments. Your cross caster is off. All Toyota trucks should be at a -0.5 cross caster to fight road crown and have the set up properly. Idk if you have wider tires which if you did a bigger negative cross caster would work better like -0.6 or -0.7. Your left caster is too straight up causing the other side to take over control if that makes sense. If your can get the left at -0.3 and the right at +0.3 it shouldn’t pull.

I’ve used my 4WP for alignment 3 times and all three were shit. And that’s after they put new suspension parts on. The last time they gave me my money back after I showed the print out from the shop I now trust. Just goes to show how every shop is different.

You said it best @Sunnier, I was thinking the same thing. Entertained slightly. Surprised by some of the misinformation in this thread, yeah. Never mind I’m not surprised.

You want half to 3/4 degree of caster difference between sides. Raise your right or lower your left.

Hey, I’m just watching the the show. And the redundancy of it all at this point. Maybe if you’d been here longer you would know, that a few members that have chimed in, are trusted techs and have already answered the question. So at this point I’m just watching. You joined up just to answer this question. And sound like you didn’t read any of the responses. That’s nice of you to want to help. But then you come in and call me names for nothing. Well you’ve already shown your true colors. Right on... you are a true internet warrior.

    Welcome to the forum.

I couldn’t care less that my GIF has been used before. Get over yourself. Most of us are friends around here and we try to keep things light. It’s nice to add a little fun in the middle of a thread that is just repeating itself.

Would never let Firestone do anything to my truck. Find the folks that align the big trucks, they will be off the beaten path and dont advertise, that is who you want to do your alignment

I'm having firestone align mine tomorrow. I'm planning to go with the lifetime alignment plan because if it's every off I can just bring it back. But with having a BDS lift, inner tire wear has been a common issue.
