I haven't had any issues with what you're describing. The mag release spring on mine is still pretty stiff, as I probably only have 300 rounds through it.

I have to be careful. The Other half is going to shoot me with one of the many weapons I have purchase this year alone...lol. My next carry pistol is going to have to last...a few months at least. You send the XD back on the recall yet?

Hmm thats all the way back in 2013. I'll check the SN but I bought mine brand new last December, so I doubt its in the range.

Cool. Just wanted to make sure. Never know. I was sitting with a buddy yesterday having a beer and his XDS is in that recall.

Ahh another SCAR owner awesome , I like the ACR stock mod you have , I'm about to do the same along with the Geissele super Scar trigger upgrade . What rail do you have in the end ?

I want the Geissele too but ive been talking to CMC triggers and they've already begun production stages so I'm gunna wait a bit longer ;) I picked up the stock from Kinetic Development Group, and the rail is one of the first for the SCAR to come out couple years ago, PWS SRX. I may switch to the KDG rail since theyre lighter and look cleaner with the MLOK system

Getting the itch for a new gun. This new AR/AK hybrid from CMMG just might fit the bill.

CMMG makes some quality stuff, the AK round I still love and cheap to shoot 7.62x39 ....If I was to get this one which Ive been contemplating I would get it like the picture SBR , just have to bite the bullet and pay the $200 tax stamp

That's kind of the direction I'm leaning. Hopefully I can get an NFA trust set up here in the next few months. Everything I've found on CMMG has been solid, if the Mk47 works good I may buy one of their 300 BLK AR's.

Going to test fire a G-19 on Monday. If all goes well, I can see one being considered for the daily duty.

That's not as bad as I figured it would be, I thought it'd be more like $35-40 for a box of 50. What do you in LE Hank?
