Probably more for racier cars like my previous VW R32, but for all those supered people this may be interesting? I'm not sure how the pricepoint is vs a gopro or other in cab recorder, but has the added feature of matching up video to revs and other data which I know sometimes I wonder as a viewer how floored someone is or not.

Not that many left of the reduced priced ones before release next year, debating if I should jump on one for $300 vs coming out at $500 ish. (Not sure if I even want one yet.)

If I was in the market for a dash cam, this would be the one I would get. I saw Sony sub-components which undoubtedly added to the price, but I'm sure it is worth it.

With recording speed with the video this could lead to easy prosecution for reckless driving.

I think you can change what all it puts in the recording, so omit speed? I'm not one to put anything up on youtube or social media which is where people get in trouble.

I have a Hero4 that I thought I'd use quite a bit during AutoX and just playing around.
Needless to say, I forgot to take it to the last AutoX and I've only made a couple of short movies with it.

I just don't play like I used to...

More I think about it, any old camera could do for specific shots I want, the rest of the time what for me I really would like is just forward/rear dashcam. I know too many problems others have had issues wishing they had one, and seen too many videos from russia where they are more widespread lol.
