I need to make some steaks and show y'all how we do it. I'm sure if Mr and Josh hook up for my stereo we're gonna grill.

Ironman is up on the lift getting his new PS hoses. After that he's going to get an AAL and properly adjusted coilovers and level. Then back to the alignment shop.

This is the school I've been working at for the past month or so. Super nice setup. I wish they'd let me do my own work here. Well, maybe not since you can't have beer here.

Damn. I wish I could get the schools around here to do some work on my truck. They’re all picky and don’t want their students working on anything over 10 years old.

I’m thinking really? Wait until they get out in the field and rust is a daily problem they encounter.

    My kinda people.

Walmart makes $7 knock off Yeti cups for a reason.

Hell, when you come to Angelo, I might even let you borrow my barnoculars.

Edit: I just realized my 1000th post suits me perfectly.

That took me a second on the second one. Good shit.

They didn't finish yesterday like I hoped. He's still on the lift, but my skid plate says it'll be here tomorrow, so if it does I can just have them put it on when they finish. I'm hoping it gets done Monday.

I misspoke, it's $10 an hour. So they charged me $15. It's finished, I just need to bring my dex III from the house so they can bleed(purge?) The system and throw on my skid plate. Then it's off to the next shop!

Hoses are in, system is bled, skid plate is on. I think I'm gonna drive the truck for a while before I drop it off at the other shop.

So I left Sam the ram at the school and drove my truck home. This bitch is twitchy on the highway. It looks like I'm drunk, I'm all over the road. The slightest steering change moves quite a bit. At low speed it's kinda tough to get it turning. It feels.....weird. not sure if it's just all the new stuff I'm not used to or what.

Brakes still feel like shit. What's new there.

These coilovers. Damn man. They're amazing. I drove over a curb and the truck just took it. It went up and came to a rest. No bouncing, no jarring, no drama. Just amazing. Rear shocks and springs are great too. Can't wait to go really test them.

Oh, and some flex pics for @Sirfive. Hashtag stuffing 33s.

Your steering may have been loose and you became accustom to it so now it feels super responsive? But tough to get it turning is wrong for sure, other than bigger tires take more. It all sounds like alignment to me, or binding.

My van is a 2021, and it feels looser at low speed, tighter at high speed. Apples to oranges, i know. I'm pretty sure it's just the alignment so I'll keep running around shaking it out. I'll drop it off at my buddies shop Monday and get another alignment next week.

Yeah, both cv axles. I wiped them off Thursday when we left and there was fresh fluid on the case yesterday.

It's probably more of an issue with the axle seals in the diff than the axles. They can be tricky.

That caster is horrible! It’s like cruising down a hill in a shopping cart with two broken front wheels that chatter.

I got the low down on the tech at the other firestone to get it done right. After another inch lift I'll drop it off there.
