    America's Finest Tundras,

Below is the meet-up info for anyone in SD interested in driving to the Big Bear/Green Valley Lake meet on Saturday 9/8:

We're meeting at the I-15/Deer Springs park-n-ride (North of Esco); driving north on 15/215; and stopping for gas in Highland before going up the hill on 330.

    Details:

    • 0600 meet @ Deer Springs Park'n'Ride east of 15 (there are two, the one opposite side of freeway from Arco)
    • 0615 depart north on 15N/215N/10E/210W/330 (80 miles)
    • 0745 stop for gas at Chevron in Highland (Highland Ave off 330/Dry Creek Rd, next to Wal-Mart) 4304 E Highland Ave, Highland, CA 92346
    • 0800 continue on 330/18/38 (40 miles)
    • 0900 arrive BBDC
We don't wanna herd cats so only re-group en route is Highland gas station. Those wanting to join from Temecula or any other part of the IE, PM me.

Please note that group cohesion takes a backseat to safety...every...time. Drive responsibly, please, and save the shenanigans for Big Bear.

    Cheers,

    Dean

C'mon, if a Tundra with sensitive skin can go, surely a battle-hardened Taco can make it.

Hahaha I like that “battle hardened”.

So far my plan is to go! My buddy Colton who didn’t make it to pine valley has a fresh lift, sliders, wheels and tires he’d like to try out so I may co-pilot with him

I normally avoid Arco, but in that situation it must have seemed like an oasis.
