I’ve been looking for the usual black or gray 18” wheels but these are too good of a deal to pass up, and the more pics I see of them, the more I like them.

Wonder if i’ll notice a ride difference compared to 20’s...

I like the RW wheels and I don’t get why Toyota discontinued them, they should’ve brought em back with the new 2019 pro models. I say go for it.

@csuviper did you need special lug nuts for these wheels?

    Yes.

You can either get the factory set up rock where lug nuts which are super expensive or you can just get Acorn style lug nuts with a spline from your local Discount Tire.

I will say that the factory ones have like a little conical washer on them so the lug nut actually doesn't wear into the wheel when you tighten it.

ET lugs are bad. The extended thread part can break off and then you can't remove your wheel. I've seen it happen on the trail and I know other guys who have had it happen. Get the OEM lugs or get the McGard lugs which are the same thing, just not toyota branded

RW wheels do not need spacers to clear the UCA. I've run 315/70/17 BFG ATKO with stock UCA and Total Chaos UCA, clears just fine. I've also run 35x12.5x17 BFG ATKO2 and 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT Pro with no issues.

Sorry, I don't know the exact part number. I bought OEM. I have just heard from other guys that OEM is actually McGard and you can just buy those

Oh come on, I wouldn’t look good downgrading to 32’s?!

What do you think I can get for these tires? They’re 285-70 G2’s with maybe 10k miles.

Not sure, never sold used tires before. But I would imagine atleast $100 a piece? Ask your tire dealer if they take trade ins too.

I agree. There looks like enough tread
left to warrant $100 per. Spiff them up and put them on Craigslist for $400 and see if you get any bites.

Love the At2’s that I have now so will probably keep with those but I’m researching others.
Thanks for the size info, that’s the size I want.
