I’m looking to replace my faded and worn out running board step pads on my 1st Gen Limited Double Cab. Can anyone confirm the Toyota part number 51773-0C900? Can anyone recommend an aftermarket option?

Checked my auto body ticket and can confirm that’s what they ordered/put on when I had a booboo on passenger side

You can search junkyards. I bought a pair for my 2002 a few years ago for about $125. Here is your part # new from stealership parts programme.

Im looking for running boards as well, craigslist and Facebook market place are your best bets for used options. The main problem I have come across is it seems that anything after 2007 won’t fit, which limits buying options. If you are handy I have seen cheaper eBay options without mounting brackets you could make work.

I know this is a couple of years old, but VERY confused. I'm assuming the step pad is simply the black rubber pieces that attach on the running board, right? If so, for my 1st gen DC there are two different sizes of pads. 28"x5" for front door, and 18"x5" for back door. The part mentioned here on all Toyota sites doesn't have a size, so I'm not sure if that is a single pad for the entire side (front AND back door). And given the price (higher when looking today), I would hope that is a much larger piece of rubber. What did you end up getting? I'm probably just going to get some machine screws and use those to fix my problem - which is that the pads are falling of the running board, due to clamps failing...
