Hello, I hope you guys can help. I put a 3/2 readylift on my 2016 Toyota tundra 4x4. But actually lifted the front 4.5". Now I have a rubbing/stretching/slight pop sound when I turn wheel all the way. I did put the 2 differential spacers in. And the sway bar spacers . The truck drives very smooth. This issue only happens when I back up and cut the wheels all the way.

What size tires? Wheel offset? I’d bet tires are rubbing/hitting.

Factory 275 60 20. It's not rubber the small mud flap or skid plate.

I don't know what offset means.

If you are stock tires/wheels, offset shouldn’t matter in this case.

With a 3/2, you say you got 4.5 in front? How was that accomplished?

Have you went back over everything since you just installed it?

    Rule out rubbing.

Find a pavement incline or decline, put it in park, and crank the steering wheel all the way, both sides, look for contact. Put the truck in the opposite direction and do the same, look for contact. Sometimes there's no rubbing at full lock on level ground.

The wheel doesn't stick out the fender. It's factory rims & tires.

Sounds like you may be over extended.

I had the same problem in my 08. If you had it at full lock one way or the other and the wheel dropped a little you would hear a loud pop in the suspension. Like trex66 said your over extended.

Drives fine and no problems just at full lock sometimes pops.

You’re stressing out all of your components. I’m not very familiar with ReadyLift, but you may need to have it reset to 3” if that’s the size you wanted and purchased.

I'm kinda confused as to how you got 4.5" out of a 3" spacer kit? If you truly got an extra 1.5", you're definitely over extended. If you're closer to 3" take a look at your skid plate. I diagnosed a 3" on a Tundra at work recently. At full lock, sitting still the tires just cleared the skid plate. At full lock in motion there was just enough torque to make the tires graze the outer rear corners of the skid pan. A little angle grinder action fixed the rubbing.

So how are you at 4.5” at the front on a 3” spacer and 2” block in the rear?

I measured from the top of the tire to the fender. It was 5" before and now it's 9.5"

I bet he's rubbing skid plate or small mud flap in front of tire, why don't you have someone with you and walk while u drive walking speed to see if they can see or hear where it's coming from go to an empty parking lot n try
