I just purchased 18 by 9 moto metal rims with 275/70/18 with a +18 offset and they rub the front mubflap I will remove that but they are rubbing the inside of the finder or something at full turn when I go up and down inclines is there something I can do other than a lift like a full bumper replacement I really like the way everything looks right now

I know there are a few modifications you can do to the inside of your fender or it could be hitting your cab mount. Check out cab mount chops on a tundra. @Relentless makes an awesome kit for a good price to fix that problem.

Its not so much a specific mod. Just find where your tires are rubbing and remove material until they no longer rub. Depending on the problem, you may need to do a small lift, if you are unable to remove enough offending plastic.

Probably the best way to get a small lift would be to put Bilstein 5100 shocks on the front and set them to the height that solves your problem. For example, you would barely notice the difference in stance on the middle setting, but it may give you enough clearance to avoid the rub. Bonus points in that the 5100's are a really nice upgrade and are not that expensive.

Like @CaptTyler and @bobeast said. Those are the two options you have other than changing out your bumper. I'd definitely look into either a CMC or bilsteins (which would most likely eliminate the rub by itself). Up to you brother.
